It’s a great opportunity to celebrate a fun holiday that everyone knows. Decorate the shop and find some fun ways to incorporate the team.

  • Decorate stations with streamers or balloons, kind words, or fun facts/accomplishments of each person for their clients to see

  • Stock break room full of snacks or meals, or stock staff bathroom with grooming essentials (dry shampoo, hair-ties, safety pins, etc)
