Technically, Cinco De Mayo is an annual celebration commemorating Mexico’s victory over the French. In the United States, Cinco De Mayo has become a day to celebrate Mexican-American culture.

It’s a great opportunity to celebrate a fun holiday that everyone knows. Decorate the shop and find some fun ways to incorporate the team.

  • Cater in some great food like tacos, guacamole, chips & queso

  • Celebrate with some margaritas after work

May is all about the Core Value: Push Your Limits. We want the team to get out of the comfort zone and discover how much fun it can be. The Core Value Olympics is a great way to mix in high energy, laughs, a dose of competitive spirit, and a little lesson or 2.
