This one is a pretty obvious opportunity, right? You could possibly:
Order sweet treats or lunch for the shop
Decorate stations with streamers or balloons, kind words, or fun facts/accomplishments of each person for their clients to see
Stock breakroom full of snacks or meals, or stock staff bathroom with grooming essentials (dry shampoo, hair-ties, safety pins, etc)
Staff Easter Egg Hunt
The in-shop Easter Egg hunt is a great way to give your team some fun surprises, an engaging activity, and a little competitive spirit. Easter is on April 17th this year, but you can do the hunt anytime that works for your shop.
All Team Meeting

April is a free month for our Team Meetings for the engagement. You can use April to take breathe and a break from team meetings, or maybe catch up with a previous month you might have skipped or missed out on.
